My ob said Tums is a good idea it would also provide additional calcium to the baby

Get prescribed heartburn medication from your OB. It helped me TREMENDOUSLY during my pregnancy.

I got the GP to prescribe omeprazole as it was so bad at night! Life changer

I’ve suffered with reflux the whole of my pregnancy, only thing that helped is omeprazole prescribed by the drs. One tablet a dang and no problems since x

Pepcid worked better for me cause you can only take so many Tums before getting constipated

Strawberry milk. I'd put nesquick in my milk. Someone on here told me this back in 2020, 10/10 recommended & blew my mind. Tums didn't work etc 3rd trimester. I'd say like 4-6oz

Drinking milk helped me a lot with my acid reflux

Gaviscon!!

Chewing gum has really helped me. But also I have a wedge pillow, which is basically a triangle shaped pillow that raises my head higher than my stomach which really helps
