Sleep regression and co sleeping

Hi! My baby is 4 months old and getting him to sleep at night as been really difficult. The only way any of us is getting any sleep is co- sleeping at night as each time his been put down he wake up after a couple minute and have to repeat with settling all over again…
Is anyone sleep training at this stage or is it after 4 months regression?
His almost rolling and moving 360 around the cot and babbling if left alone for a few minutes to see if he can settle himself but nothing really works but co- sleeping… 😐

I feel this in my soul, we are lucky our little one will go down in her bassinet at 7 but wake up every hour. We then bring her into our bed to co sleep around 11pm/12am. Wondering about sleep training too as all the info I've read about getting through the regression says to start sleep training, but then all the sleep training resources seem to say there's no point til 6 months 🥴🥴

Sound activated red light, swaddles/sleep suits, white/pink/brown noise, and strict bedtime routine helped with my oldest.

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
