Hey ladies, so I have a 4 month old and I also have a two year old. I have been breast feeding my little one since he was born and I'm starting to really get burnt out on pumping and breast feeding. I haven't been pumping as much and have notice a decrease in my supply in which I'm not totally upset about it because I do want to stop but I feel SO GUILTY. I want to stop so I can finally focus on myself and my health. I have gain almost 60lbs and I'm always so sleepy and tired. I don't drink coffee or soda because I heard it decreases your supply. I wanna take prework out to start working out but I can't since I'm still breast feeding. I also always go to sleep around 2-3am every night because I have to pump before I go to sleep. It's really draining me but I feel so guilty stopping. What do you guys think ?

If you want to stop stop but coffee won't hurt your supply at all. You're seeing a decrease because you oversupplied yourself with extra pumps. If nursing only would make you happier stop pumping. Your body will make enough for your baby if that's what you want to do.
Or do a combo to give yourself a break. Some formula and nurse. It doesn't have to be all or nothing if you want. Just do what's best for you and your baby. Nobody else's opinions matter.

You can drink and eat whatever you want, I fed for 18m and never changed my diet and didn’t pump cause my milk has high lipase and tasted like soap when defrosted.
That being said, if your done. You’re done and that’s okay. Breast feeding is only good when its working for you.

Do what is best for you and your mental health. My daughter was EBF for the first 6 months but then we switched to a combo feed. Eventually she would only nurse in the morning and at night, until we stopped completely. I also drank coffee the whole time. Everyone's breast feeding journey is different. Do what's best for you mama, but no matter what you're doing great!

No need to feel guilty! 4 months is more than enough, in fact you breastfed your baby more than most women make it!
If stopping breastfeeding means a more relaxed and happier mother, then that's what your baby needs!
When you walk down the street, can you tell who's been breastfed and who was on formula? So don't overthink it!
Best of luck!!

Thank you so much ladies, you all made me feel so much better. I love that we have this app so we can connect. Thank you again. This truly did help me ❤️🙏🏻
