I'm going to be in my 34th week and I'm having trouble breathing, but this seems more psychological than physical. It's like a panic attack, anyone experiencing the same thing. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can overcome it?

I been experiencing this too I'm 33 weeks pregnant its the pregnancy because the baby is pressing against our organs so we have to work harder to breathe but when the babys head is down in the birthing postion it will become easier to breathe the pregnancy has also made my sleep apena worst so I have to use a cpap machine at night to sleep cos I feel like I can't breathe it's not pleasant atall so I know what your going through ur not alone maybe speak to ur midwife or doctor about it so they can make sure all is alright because I've even had heart scans to make sure the baby not putting strain on my heart

Thanks for sharing this, feels better when you know not alone

This happens to me when I lie down at night. I have to really concentrate on breathing and find that it helps me to put some vapour rub on my nose 😂 sounds silly but it makes me feel like I can breathe properly.
Pretty sure mine is psychological because baby is head down and I have a long torso so lots of room! X

Same. Stuffy feeling in nose. Feel like my throat is closed. I’m waking every 30 mins atm. 36 weeks pregnant
