Yea it’s quite normal, the baby has probably just moved to a different position where you can’t feel them as much.

Yes it's normal, they won't do anything or be worried about movements until 24+weeks as baby is still small and a few things can affect their movements at this stage, positioning of baby, positioning of placenta etc.
