I don’t think they will think you can’t look after your kids cz you’re anxious so please don’t worry about that and feel free to them that’s a worry for you and it might help them understand. I think it’s totally normal for you to feel anxious especially as a stay at home mum who maybe isn’t talking to adults as often as others. I downloaded an app called balance which has a free trial and gets good reviews it’s a meditation app for beginners with plans to help you with anxiety. I hope you’re ok, nursery will be fine and you’re entitled to ask them any questions you want to xx
thankyou I am just starting to get so upset now as I feel like affecting so much I cry at least once a day when my baby’s are down for a nap xx

Sounds like you need a break and a bit of you time! I know that can be difficult but you know you’re doing a great job and very soon they will be their own little people and you’ll have loads of time to yourself to just be you but I think talking to a dr is a good idea, they can give advice on what support is out there for you ❤️❤️

I’m exactly the same!! SAHM with 2 under 2 and it’s like I’ve completely forgotten how to socialise with other adults. I avoid going out to places where I know I’ll have to speak to anyone. I went to a wedding a few weeks ago and I’d forgotten how to act normal in a social situation because I’m so used to just talking to babies all day 🤦🏼♀️. I’m okay going to a baby group because I know other mums might feel the same, but speaking to people my age has become so difficult for me

Have you tried some form of talking therapy? Your gp should be able to refer you for that.
Or look into a life coach that has experience with anxiety.
Also look into CBD oil x
no I haven’t I worried about speaking to my GP as I had my second baby only 5 month ago and I don’t want to think iam not coping x

You can do a self referral I believe.
I’ve added the link.
Also a link for CBD that is a trusted seller.
It’s not necessarily cheap but I would personally always try natural remedies before looking at medications.

thankyou !

Please don’t worry about speaking to your GP about how you’re feeling! There are specialist services that can help you and GPs can help to access these. There is no judgement on parenting or you as an individual, just as if anyone would seek help for any physical ailments.
Depending on your area, there may be a free talking therapy service, such as VitaMinds.
Asking for support can be the hardest step, but it can get easier.
Awaw thankyou ! I have since spoken to my GP and feeling much better abput it and relived as well xx
