Yes, but can also be because of the change in weather 🥰

Yes! I hate it so much, constantly shoving the olbas nasal stick up my nose😫

me too! Feels like I’m constantly coming down with some thing !

I had covid just before I found out I was pregnant so I’ve had the cold for about 2 weeks now😭

oh no! That must be awful … I’m driving myself crazy with sniffing 24/7 🤣

it’s the coughing/blocked nose for me, can’t seem to shift it, the joys of pregnancy symptoms, not all glamorous hahah 😂

I always get this when I’ve been pregnant, it can be part of the weather change, getting a cold or it could be pregnancy Rhinitis which is a result of blood vessels and hormones working harder. I find crystal menthols help, completely safe you just dissolve a few in hot water and inhale them. Can be bought from any good pharmacy usually over the counter, or a good steamy shower can help.

I have been so congested with a terrible cough since I found out. Don’t know if it’s a pregnancy symptom or a virus or both but I can’t get rid of it!

me either !!

Steam inhalations have been a helping a bit - if you’ve not yet tried! I also put dried thyme it in sometimes which I find helps

Yes! It was one of my main signs I was pregnant
