Baby Position

I don't know if it's 'normal' but babies move around all the time. If your doc didn't mention it as a concern, I wouldn't worry about it.

My last ultrasound we caught baby literally dancing 🤣. At some point his legs were up by his head and afterwards he was back normal, etc. They are like in a big pool and swimming 🙈. If the tech or doc did not worry about it then your baby's just comfy like this ;) scrunching haha

At 28 weeks baby will still be shifting positions pretty frequently, and feet up by head is fine. The only time it would be even a slight issue is when you’re due to give birth as if he’s in that position again you might need additional intervention to deliver, but this is rare, most babies move to be head down before then. Chances are he’ll move into a more traditional pose in the next couple of months. In the meantime I hope he’s not kicking too much as a foot to the ribs can pack a punch!
