My girl is 3 weeks and she always spits out bottled breast milk. I’ve already tried two bottles that are slow flow and made for newborns. It also leaks out whilst she is having it which doesn’t happen during breastfeeding. This makes it so hard for when I can’t get my breasts out and feed her and I’ve been feeding her at least one bottle everyday.

Have you tried paced bottle feeding? It’s so the baby controls the flow and it’s more like BF.
I will give it a go. Thankyou

Our lactation consultant recommended so it’s more like BF and they don’t get confused. Also I’ve never seen it anywhere but she recommended tipping the bottle down for the first 2-3 stucks (so no milk) then keeping it horizontal (paced) this is to mimic the breast and how they have to do a few stuck to stimulate the milk. And don’t worry they’re not taking in air when you do this
