Look at the flavors in grocery store baby purées. Those are generally safe (bananas, oats, apples, peas, carrots…)

When I went vegan for a bit the best thing I did was find sweets that were vegan to start off with. There's a vegan ice cream called Cado and it's so yummy and made me not miss non-vegan sweets. Then you can work towards finding a good dip that you like that you can use for fruits and veggies. My go-to was hummus :)

@Phatya Washington if you download the app Supercook you can put in limitations and ingredients in your pantry and it will give you vegan recipes! I've found that I love sweetened almond milk which is a great substitute for regular milk too

My SIL was a vegan for 8 years and we would use things like mushrooms and jackfruit in place of meat in recipes. You have to do some research on how to prepare them for maximum flavor and proper texture.

You can sign up for shipped vegan meals through certain meal kit services that will teach you how to make multiple options. I have food sensitivities too and I did Hello Fresh and Green Chef. I’m sure there’s one that has a lot of vegan options.
