Thoughts on daycare?? Truly, I am SCARED to be leaving my kid for daycare. I literally do not trust anyone, not even family (they haven’t given me a reason it’s just trust issues on my end, you never know). He’s turning 3 and I’ve been a sahm the whole time but tbh my man doesn’t make enough for us to move out somewhere more calm . We live in a ‘not so safe’ area in LA and I’m just not used to living here so I just want us to give my son a better life and in order to speed up the process I would have to work.. I do lashes at home and I’d be open to take new clients so I wouldn’t have to look for work but I’m just scared to lose my license 😭

I'm with you, I'm going through the same thing, afraid to send my baby to a nanny,It's difficult not to work when you're used to it, but our children's lives are worth more than anything. There are good people in daycare But it's normal to be scared. Your baby will grow up, he'll have to go to school soon, everything will be alright and you'll be able to go back to work and move

Don't you keep your license just by paying every couple of years? That's not trust issues. That's a built-in motherly protection system in you. It's there for a reason.

Girl you just have to look for a good place that will work with you. I live in LA and my son is at a Daycare called Maryvale there a few over LA County look into it trust me it was the best decision I made for my 3 year old and he’s been there since he was 9 months

I wanted to do it all, be the complete sahm, but then I ended up alone. Even then, I resisted, until I hit a breaking point bc I just had NO time for myself AT ALL. Like, literally me and a little baby were just not in a good place in our relationship ALREADY, and I was not loving or enjoying mom life and I knew my unhappiness couldn’t be doing well on her either. I can’t speak to LA daycares or the safety of anyplace other than where I live, but I put her in daycare, it was not only the best thing for me but for her too, she’s thriving, we both are, and she’s only been in a month. I was scared to let go, but take your time, find a daycare, get through the first few weeks and see how it goes.

Same here ive tried some dont trust them maybe if they had a camera i could watch online. Too many scary people and predators out there

SAME! Kept my little home with me for 4 years and they jus started Pre-K last July. I was scared AF and was ON THAT SCHOOL ASS to let them know they can’t play about mine.
IDGAF what yall doin with these other parents cuz when I have questions yall betta have them answers!
And im still scared because when I finally relax a little something else small comes up.
My little was beyond ready for school tho so it’s actually their happy place for lack of better words. Loves it there, loves going, loves the teachers and all of their friends. They do sooo many activities all day too.
They do have cameras that I watch pretty much all day, they send updates through an app, and I can call/send a message/ or pull up WHENEVER I WANT.
Still don’t trust them as much as I would like too but we’re doing our best!
Trust your Mommy gut EVERYTIME! Don’t give up and time it for what works for you no matter how old your little is. This is your journey and no one else’s !
I just feel so fucking agitated at the moment. I have 2 under 2 and one of them is autistic. So we have daily meltdowns etc. I'm up at 6am every day and don't sit down till maybe 10pm. I'm doing absolutely everything for them & the only break I get is going to the gym but I'm out for an hour max. As soon as I'm home I'm straight back at it, I don't even have time to shower.
My partners great but I don't think he has any fucking idea just how hard it is being with 2 small kids every minute of the day, managing appointments & the house. I'm starting to resent him. I'm snappy & miserable.
I resent my dog. He stinks & keeps malting everywhere. He's old so keeps shitting in the house.
The kids have kicked off for me all morning, yet as soon as he's here its calm & I look dramatic.
I'm not enjoying being a mum cos I can't cope with the constant stress. I've got adhd and autism so I'm overstimulated very quickly.
I've had ENOUGH.

So, my boyfriend and I have a son together.and usually he doesn’t mind buying him things he needs like diapers and wipes etc…but recently he won’t get him anything that he needs. So when my son runs out we end up in an argument and he gets upset that he has to leave at 3 in the morning to get whatever it is my son needs when I told him days before he was almost out. I would get them myself but he doesn’t let me work because “he wants to take care of his family”. What should I do or say?

My husband has an issue with me wearing sexy undies to work. Yesterday, I wore a thong for the first time in years because I'm just tired of my panty line showing 🙃 and oh my gosh he was very unhappy. He says that if he's not happy about it then I wouldn't do it. I should wear it at home. He says things like " men can tell I'm wearing a thong. " I don't respect him because I wear it to work, and he does not like etc. I just can't believe that it bothers him so much. I told him if I feel the need to wear it outside the house I will. It's not every time I want my panty line showing. I literally have less than 4 thongs, and only one Yesterday in years. No one sees under my clothes, so what's the issue. Please give me some advice on this? Who's wrong in this situation?

My toddler is strong willed. He knows what he wants and how he wants it.
Not all communication styles work with a strong willed child.
Any who, about 60 percent of the time when I pick him up from nursery they complain about his behaviour and him not listening. He is fricken 2 and half years old!
Before nursery he never had behavioural issues.
Any who I worry now they are putting this constant though in his mind that he is a bad kid.
He would say things like I'm not going to be a godo boy. Etc.
I got into an argument with my partner about reducing the days. Or even changing the nursery in general.
Am I over reacting?
What would you recommend?
I just remember being younger at schools and teachers constantly shouting or telling off the same kid. Putting this perception in there head that they are naughty, less than. I worry that this can be causing damage. Am I over reacting?

What snack ideas would you have for a 19 month old that will keep her entertained on a 9 hour flight and will fit in these little compartments? Will take more of course.
