I have this issue and asked about it the other day. I heard a cold or hot compress on your neck, whichever you prefer. Hot works better for me. Limit screen time. Peppermint oil on your temples helps too.

I have chronic migraines and CBD is my best friend

I bought a head cap that you can put in the fridge to make cold.. really helps me!

Make sure you take enough nutritious food and vitamins and minerals .
Fresh squeezed veggies juice , vegetable and mushroom broth daily , magnesium and potassium supplements and of course the prenatal vitamins .
No deli meats , not lox , nothing processed.
Implementing these changes helped me working a week .

Ice on a towel, eat fruit, drink water, exercise to keep the blood flowing, limit screen time and light/sound exposure

Peppermint oil on your temples and under your nose!

I’m super against pain killers or Tylenol because I’d have taken at least 30 by now.. not to mention the currently open lawsuit against Tylenol linking it to autism. what helps me tremendously is filling a gallon ziplock bag with ice, wrapping it in a hand towel and laying my head/neck on it. The cold takes away the tension almost immediately, throughout the night I switch from back to forehead to ease the tension. Such relief. The iced gallon bag lasts until morning. Make sure you close the bag properly to avoid it spilling or just double bag it. I always just use a single bag that has a strong double siplock strip.

Cold compress they sell a full head/ head mask you can put in the freezer or in the microwave it’s good for any type of headache

“Face”

Believe it or not, my OB encouraged me to take one 8oz cup of coffee and a Tylenol and that’s been helping me a ton. I’m a chronic migraine sufferer and this has been a lifesaver

Magnesium supplement and neck stretches. I found neck stretches for breastfeeding super helpful for headaches during the second trimester in my last pregnancy. As your belly starts to get bigger it puts pressure on those muscles in your back and neck which can lead to tension headaches. Also acupressure mats/wedges for relaxing neck muscles.

Ice pack for sure!!
