Last night I had the worst possible ever heartburn, which despite taking omeprazole didn’t improve, nausea, diarrhoea, and pain all around my tummy (mainly at the top and bottom), which felt super tight.
Shall I get checked checked or is this labour starting?
Now the pain has calmed down but not diarrhoea and heartburn.

Have you lost your mucus plug/ waters broken? I know with my first they wouldn't have me in until those things happened 😅
I know I'm close to having our baby as I've been the same, we're due in 3 days.
Have you had many braxton hicks? X
yes many Braxton hicks since last week but they got noticeable yesterday evening and last night, now it is a bit better.
Didn lost mucus or broke my waters but this is not necessarily a sign of not being in labour with my first they broke my waters after hours of being in labour and I never lost the mucus plug.
I find some yellowish mucus when I wipe myself but not loads, just more than usual.
How long have you been feeling this way?

My midwife told me that reasons to call the hospital to go in are
Waters breaking
Contractions every ten minutes for two hours
Contractions every five minutes for an hour
That if I had any other concerns then to call the antenatal assessment unit not the labour and delivery ward

Mine started at 38 weeks. I lost my mucus plug, I've noticed increased discharge as I've popped on a liner in my undies, as advised by midwife to check colour.
For the past week, I've had a bad tummy and nausea. Heart burn I posted last week about as nothing was working 😬 rennie has been a godsend, but I'm having to eat really small potions.
Lower back pain into my bum is so uncomfortable and then the tightening across my belly.
This little one is our 3rd. My waters went with both the other 2, but I just remember with my 1st, I was over my due date and they kept sending me home. It was really annoying 🤣 as I ended up with an infection from my waters going and both myself and baby spending 5 days in hospital until I was better.
Call ADAU maybe they can advise better. I'm booked in Friday for my ceaseran, but not technically due until Monday 23rd x

If your contractions have eased or got better which I think I understood from your comments then it’s not labour, active labour your contractions will get more intense with them getting closer together and longer in times. Heartburn is normally a sign the baby is pushing up in your organs and you’ll often find this eases off before labour as the baby drops lower down into your pelvis. Diarrhoea can definitely be the clear out before labour starts but this can be a good week before hand sometimes or just your hormones playing havoc with your stomach too x
