At my 13 w 3 day scan the tech said I was measuring at 14 weeks. Anyone else have this issue?

It’s happened to me twice! I went to the er measuring 12 weeks and 3 days but it turns out I was 12 weeks 5 day after the ultrasound. Then I went back last week due to some bleeding and was supposed to be 14 weeks and it turns out I was 14 weeks and 3 days!

I was 12w5d and my baby is measuring at 13w so 2 days ahead of me yesterday at my ultrasound. I will be 13 weeks tomorrow.

I was measuring 3 days ahead at my 10 week scan! I have my 12 week on Friday and can’t wait to see how I’m measuring now!

Do y’all think it’s an issue? Or a sign of any abnormalities? My tech said it’s normal but I’m an over thinker

It's normal.

mine said the same thing and I had the same feeling but what eased me was knowing they’d tell me if anything was a negative abnormality whereas ours could just be growing a little bigger faster. I know for a fact when I got pregnant but the measurements are off.

So when this happens does your due date change? I’m curious to know.

mine did. My original due date was April 14th and now it’s April 9th. Your due date may change a few times while you’re pregnant what I’ve been told and it’s normal!

when mine was off 3 days, they said that was normal margin and they didn’t change the “official” due date. Based on the measurement I’m 4/28 but based on dates I’m 5/1

my mfm dose not like it when the ultrasound techs change the due date so mine stayed the same. Based off the dates I am due 4/24 but based off my measurements my due date is 4/22. But my due date is staying the same so 4/24.

I've wondered if the baby is measuring bigger than the due date because they're going to be a tall baby? I measured 4 days ahead last time and they said they won't change my due date unless the baby measures 1 to 2 weeks ahead and that it's normal to measure ahead by a few days

My due date is 4/22! But I think the date 4/24/24 looks so cool lol

I did my first ultrasound at 12 weeks on the dot. They had baby measuring at 12w4d.
Makes sense for it to be off by a couple days since the estimated due date is based on our menstrual cycle, but the actual conception/ovulation date may not be known.

it’s normal. My twins are measuring 5 and 6 days ahead and I literally tracked ovulation so I know the 48 hour period they were conceived. I also got the genetic testing and they came back perfect. Don’t stress 💖

MINE IS APRIL 9th!!!!!

it’s exciting!! I can’t wait!

same due date! I have way too many Aries in my family so 🤞🏾 for a Taurus baby 🥳
