9 month old won’t sleep

My daughter hasn’t slept through the night since she was 3 months old, she really struggles with cot naps and either has 30 minutes max or will wake up immediately and cry so I have to contact nap.

She wakes multiple times a night and recently I’ve been struggling to get her back to sleep and it can take up to 2 hours and sometimes we have to co-sleep to get up through if it’s after 4am (please no judgement, we do this as safely as possible and it’s not something I ever wanted to do)

I go back to work in a few weeks and I’m so worried that I’m going to be even more exhausted and I just don’t know what to do!
Any advice is welcome, I will do anything (except cry it out) for a good nights sleep!

Ahhh I could have wrote this other than the fact that my little boy has literally slept through the night twice in his whole life. He co sleeps with me full time because it’s the only way to get any sleep but even then it’s 90 minute stretches max. I have no idea what to do at this point, I’m just trying to accept that it won’t be this way forever because otherwise I start to spiral about it. Dreading going back to work in January because I’m permanently exhausted as it is and working full time on top of that feels impossible at the moment. Nothing helpful but right there with you and sending all my positive sleep thoughts 🤍

Thank you for the support ladies, sometimes it’s nice to just know you’re not alone, although I wish we were all getting some good sleep😂 I am thinking of putting a floor bed in our spare room and cosleeping on bad nights but not sure how this is going to work when I have to get up for work, I just hope we can do something soon to help x

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
