Hmm i think your LO is fine. You just need to talk to your LO more. And every baby will go on their own pace :)

Grunting and screaming over here too! And we talk lots to our LO. I'm not concerned, he's expressing himself and that's good. We have started to teach him sign language as another mode of communication.

@Lynsey, yes, i have been doing sign language since i started solids, and i talk to him a lot. He smiles and interacts, but i guess just gotta wait for the words

I’ve seen studies that show babies who are also taught sign language tend to speak at a later date than those who were not taught sign language! Don’t stress you’ll see your doc soon enough
