Take a nice warm/hot shower ! I felt the same way I was literally crying 😂 and do the hand expressions for about 3-5 mins after the shower and it’ll come through ! Even in the shower massage your breast

I used to leak a drop here and there and now I don’t. My doctor gave me the ok to pump for ten minutes a day. Even with no leaking I’m able to fill a little syringe and I have a mini supply ready to go in the freezer. I usually warm up/massage my breasts a bit before pumping.

Oh man I wish I am not that far an honestly kinda worried about early labor it just POURS out! There will be nothing then BAM I feel full and it pours!

Have you tried hand expressing? I wasn’t leaking anything and was able to hand express starting at 37w and started pumping colostrum at 38w. I have about 90ML frozen and I’m almost to my due date (10/27)

I’m 36 weeks and i get like a drop.. sometimes! If that! I had a successful breastfeeding journey my first time and had nothing! So don’t let it discourage you! You can try using a haaka if you’re dr says it’s okay sometimes that will get more then hand expressing

Just remember that baby’s tummy is super small to start off, that’s why it’s good to have quick feedings every 2 hours. It’ll slowly grow over the next few days to where they can take more milk but really their tummy is the size of a quarter…
