Anyone with more than 1 child - I'm 8 weeks pregnant and sickness and exhaustion has hit me in the face🙈 I've basically slept most of the weekend and my partner has been out and about with our toddler.
I have no idea how am I going to manage the week with him in work without my daughter watching tv all day😫 any tips?!

What are you taking for the sickness? & how bad is it?

This is me. I have a 15 month old son and I'm currently 9 weeks. I just take him to the park in the morning and let him run his energy off. Then he comes home for a nap. It's so so hard x
nothing, I haven't actually been sick, just feeling sick as soon as I wake up untill about 7pm😷

Are you able to keep food down? You could try vitamin b6 & unisom. You can get both over the counter

If it's affecting how you function go to the Dr for medication? I wouldn't survive my pregnancies without medication. Non stop nausea and vomiting is my life while pregnant and God it's so much harder this time keeping up with a toddler and vomiting 😂

I’m in the same situation except less far along. I just walk around outside most of the morning with her. Magnesium has been helping my sickness (also hasn’t hit me full blown yet) and I eat an apple right when I wake up and I sip on electrolytes all morning (think Lmnt salts). But I’m exhausted all day. If you can try an Indian store or on FB market place see if they sell ladoos for mothers. That helped me today.
I would say the exhaustion is the biggest issue. Feeling sick I can still take her to the park etc but when I'm this tired I'm literally a zombie😂😫
