Cramping?

I’ve been having mild cramps for 3 days now. Mainly it’s only when I’m laying down. When I stand up I don’t get them too much. But when I lay down I feel them the most. They are pretty frequent . It’s just a constant mild cramp… the kind of cramps you’d get when you know your period is on the way. Like a week before getting your period. Is this practice contractions? I’m getting induced tomorrow! I’d love to have my water break on its own!

I’d love to stay in contact with you and see how everything goes in real time for both of us, if you are comfortable with that! My mom passed away a few months ago, so it’s been challenging on getting some girl support!

I’m “due nov 4th” I had a baby last year oct 11 and was completely clueless going into everything!

This time I still feel so new to everything. I know I have had contractions for the last 2 weeks very consistently. But not consistent enough to go into L&D. I’m getting induced due to mild preeclampsia!

so sorry for your loss!!
Hope everything goes well with induction & feel free to message me if you ever need to talk.

I’ve read that practice contractions are more common when you’re laying down, and they should go away if you move. I get them move often when I stand up, so who knows! 😂
I had to be induced with my first baby after my water broke and contractions wouldn’t progress. So water breaking isn’t a guarantee that things go any differently, sorry

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

Thank you
