Hey!
I'm looking for some advice on baby sleep...
My little one is nearly 4 months old (10 weeks adjusted) and I'm wanting to try and get him in a better routine.
He gets fed usually at different times every day based on when he starts getting hungry rather than predictable times which is usually every 3-4 hours. Bedtime can vary but I aim for him to be down between 8-9 and depending on when he goes to sleep I'll try and get him to sleep for 12 hours and allow him to wake up naturally.
I wondered if anyone else has tried to get their little one into a better routine with similar feeding times so that you can stick to the same bedtime and wake up times each day? Xx

I’m not in any sort of feeding routine because we feed on demand. However I always get her up for the day at 7:30, try and put her down for a nap at 10:30, then again at about 1:00. It’s really difficult to get her to nap after that because I also have a toddler, but I try and get her to have a cat nap around 4. Then she’s always in bed at 6:30 because she gets really tired and unsettled by about 6:00.

I’ve implemented a good routine since 3 months old which I also used with my 2 year old who is a fantastic sleeper.
Always start the day at 7am,
Feed
Nap at 9-10.30am
Feed 11am
Sleep 1-3pm
Feed at 3pm
Small nap of 30/45 mins at 4 ( make sure they wake up no later than 5pm
Bath 5.45pm
Feed at 6.30pm then she sleeps through till 7am
