My little girl has finally learned how to roll over and is starting to roll to her side to sleep. She does fine napping without her swaddle but she’s going 1-2 hours at night then waking up. (I also don’t know if it’s her going through a sleep regression.) Was looking for recommendations on what to use to transition out of the swaddle to hopefully help her sleep better. I feel like she would do good with a weighted sleep sack. Just don’t want to spend an absurd amount of money if she doesn’t like it.

I do the dreamland baby sleep sack and you can find them around half off on marketplace

Nested bean worked for my little one! Look on their website they usually have some kind of sale or discount code for first time buyers. The zen one has the arms zipper option. We started with arms zipped in to still control her startle reflex, then after a couple of days we took those off and tried a night without, and she’s been arms out ever since. Game changer for us!

I just swaddle my bby with Muslim blankets and get my own bed blankets fold them once and lay them right between her belly button and her neck . Always worked well since I didn’t have enough money for one of those 👍🏼

I just got a pack of 3 sleep sacks for like 25$

We transitioned to Merlin’s magic sleep suit and she sleeps 7+ hrs straight immediately!

Weighted sleep sacks are controversial though. Many studies show they aren’t safe but others say they are fine. I prefer the Merlín magic sleep suit or the zip a dee zip as they are both considered safe for rolling.
