So I was told recently that you should sanitize bottles, and breast pump parts until the baby is at least 6 months. Is this true? Thoughts on this? Easiest way to do this??

Definitely a personal preference! We sanitize before use and then every couple weeks with my first. It’s very harsh on the bottles and pump parts to be doing every day but whatever works for your family!
and how do you sanitize?

Boil water and let them soak (turn off stove off before placing in)

I only ever sanitized after the first use. Only washed with soap and water after that

I had a sanitizer but my mom preferred to boil hot water and put the bottles in the hot water

How long do you leave in the hot water? Do you let dry out the bottles or is it better to dry them with a clothe?

I sanitized everything for first use and never did again 😂😂😂 soap and water after that 🤷🏼♀️

You can also put stuff in the dishwasher. It will get hot enough to sanitize anything you need. If you’re putting bottle nipples or pump parts in there, I would recommend getting a little dishwasher basket to keep the small pieces contained
