It can take 6 months to regulate periods lively don’t panic. Mine delayed my first by a week then I bled for a month but only enough for a pantie liner then stopped for a week and back on for a month since then I haven’t bled for 2 months xx

ah thank goodness for that 😅 I was getting worried that I’m pregnant or something 😭🤣 but thank you so much I’m glad I’m not alone in that lol xx

Honestly if you’re worried just take a test there’s no harm in it, it’s just more likely that it’s your hormones readjusting again xx

As @emma said, if you're worried, take a test to put your mind at rest. Stress can cause irregular periods, too, so worrying about it might not be helping. Have you been on hormone based contraception before? I know it sounds random to ask, but a small percentage of women have NO periods on hormonal contraceptives, and this is completely normal.

I’ve been on the min pill (desogestrol) since I gave birth 9 and a half months ago n that didn’t agree with me as I had a heavy period every 2 weeks and gave me ibs as I was taking sertraline at the same time so this is the first proper contraception I’ve tried except for that one but I did start my new job on the 6th so that maybe why now thinking about it the stress xx

It sounds like the stress of everything is knocking your hormones out to me. I'm no doctor, but hopefully, when everything settles down for you, they will become regular again. Either that or your post partum hormones were what caused your periods, and you might be one of the lucky few who dont get them from now on🤞
