BFPO post and customs label

Hi! I’m currently in the US and my parents sent out the first parcel without customs. It arrived, but a note was attached saying please remember again. My mum did message the centre and then had an email saying it was in transit, so you could give them a call. The advice we’ve had is that post offices are rubbish and don’t understand the rules. Hoping for you 🤞🏼

(As long as you put the address right, without the country written, I think there’s a good chance it’ll arrive, but I don’t think a phone call is a bad idea. We were in a proper tizz about it but it arrived in 9 days regardless!)

Thank you Sally. That is reassuring. I did think about contacting them. I will send an email and will hope and pray. I was stupidly in a rush with a toddler trying to run around thr shop 😬🤣. You are right, some are unsure of the rules. I've had to tell some how it works in the past. I guess it's not a regular thing to do. Fingers crossed 🤞. Thank you x
