I'm starting to lose my patience now with pumping. I'm struggling to get my let down to happen with the pump of all a sudden and then I'm pumping for half hour to get less than an oz - seriously whats the point 🤦♀️ I'm using a momcozy s9 which honestly I hate but it was donated by a friend who couldn't breast feed and I couldn't really afford another one. That being said I think I do need to look at other options, I'd like to build up a stash before I stop breast feeding which I aim to do in the next few months. So firstly with my current pump how can I promote me let down to happen?? I've tried being near baby, thinking about her, looking at pics of her 😂 and if I switch to another pump what do people recommend? Brands / manual vs elec? Thanks in advance

I recently switched to the spectra dual compact electric breast pump - it is on the pricey side but I would definitely say it's worth it x

The wearable mom cozy pumps are great but some IBCLCs state the suction on wearables may not be strong enough to be a primary pump. I have the M5 for on the go and aim to use only when I have to and no more than 3x/day. My primary pump is the SPECTRA GOLD portable. It can be plugged in or unplugged.

Nipple stimulation always triggers my let down. Putting on nipple butter does the trick
