Hey guy I’m beyond terrified this entire pregnancy I’ve been working toward a natural unmedicated birth. Had an ultrasound today my baby is strong and healthy 6.9 ounces but is in breech position. They tried to force induction and c section right then and there and I got scared and said no absolutely not. I cried all the way home at still crying now. Do I still have time to get my bby boy to flip? Should I do a scheduled c section? Help???!

Mine is still breech at 36+5 and my doctor offered an ECV at 37. He said that's the only time to do it because at 36 there's still room for them to flip back to breech, and at 38 they're out of room. I'm not sure I want to do it because it is extremely painful for mom. A lot of people recommend the site Spinning Babies (I personally found it to be information overload for my limited amount of time). I've been trying natural things like using music to guide her head, warm and cold, and curb walking. No luck on my end yet but I think she's a stubborn girl like her mama. I hope you can have the birth you were dreaming of. I am still dealing with the disappointment of probably needing a c section as I dreamed of a vaginal birth, but I'm mentally preparing.

Mine is still breech. At 36+4 Getting a planned c section. I think that’s the best thing to do atp long as baby is healthy .

Mine is breached as well at 36 weeks. Unfortunately I have a scheduled c-section planned. I tried different things to get her to flip but it hasn’t worked so far. Still hoping she’ll flip. I was offered the ECV but there are risks associated with it that I didn’t like and it’s success rate was too low

So I was preparing for a scheduled C section (even booked a date) because my baby was transverse at 36 weeks and by 37 he flipped head down even though my doctor said it probably wouldn't happen. So I guess I would say prepare for a C section mentally (I also shed a lot of tears over it because it's my first baby) but you never know what might happen
