Yesssss!!!

Drink loads of water, and get your legs up when you're sat down. Whenever I start to get one I down a glass of water and have another at the ready. Also have a little snack if you can, banana or pineapple are great as they're full of electrolytes! Or add some electrolytes to your water, but that's less fun than fruit 😅
