33 Weeks and Breech

Just been told my baby is in breech position and if they are still in this position by 37 weeks it’s likely I’ll be referred for a section. Is there a reason babies are breech? Does it mean anything is wrong? My mind is going a million miles an hour

Nothing is wrong - the opposite actually, baby is super mobile and still has space to be moving around that's all. Try not to worry , the only thing we can try at this point are certain exercises and postures that encourage baby to turn around . Also before c section there are other things midwife can try to turn baby around , try to check this question with your care provider.

If it makes you feel better I do scanning as part of my job so I tend to scan myself whenever I'm at work and my baby is constantly flipping from head down to breech, and I never feel that big of a movement for it! They've just got plenty of room to do whatever they want in there!

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Hi guys so I’m 25 weeks today and I haven’t felt the baby kick at all yet at the scans she’s moving constantly that it’s hard to get the right measurements my first pregnancy was cryptic so I just want suggestions from one worried mother

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃
