Try some yoga or easy stretching? I try and stretch at least a few time a week. I have bad hips to begin with so keeping them “open” is good.

Prenatal yoga, massage, chiropractor and and pregnancy are all great options. Yoga and pillow are going to be the most convenient and finance friendly. The father into pregnancy, our organs are shifting as is our posture, putting a lot of pressure and strain on the lower back. Sciatica is very common. If you have access to a pool, swimming, heck just floating is great and alleviates so much pressure.

Agree that a pillow and stretching may give some relief. Maybe a warm bath and walking to loosen up too. I have the newton pregnancy pillow and really like it. It’s a little big but I like being able to roll over without bringing a pillow with me from side to side :)

I have got a pregnancy pillow ordered and I’m looking at pregnancy massages in my area. I appreciate all of the advice!
