Has anyone used a sleep consultant?
I'm at my wit's end with my little boys sleep. I'm running on 3/4 hrs broken deep every night and I've also got a toddler so no rest in the day ðŸ˜
Any recommendations would be appreciated!!

When my toddler was 12 months the health visitor referred us to a sleep consultant for free! Worked well for him at the time x

I had no idea health visitors can do it. Sleep consultants are expensive...

Hi! I’m a sleep consultant and I have a black friday offer right now that is 40% off + a Free 5-day coaching to use during 2024.

We have seen a huge improvement in his sleep. He now naps in his cot for a. Hour for 2 out of his 3 naps and usually only wakes once in the night for a quick feed, sometimes twice. I'll post before and afters of our nights tracked on Huckleberry:

did it involve any crying? Or was in genuinely gentle and a no cry approach?

No crying at all. Very gentle, child centred approach. All the changes were to do with his morning wake time, his nap lengths and his last wake window before bed. We provided lots of info which she worked out that our little boy has low sleep needs, so he manages well on the lower end of average sleep for his age. So we've discovered that 2x one hour naps and a 30 min cat nap in the afternoon, then a 8:30 / 9:00pm bed time is the best for him to get a good night's sleep through to 7am

I've looked at her website and booked a 15 min chat. What package did you go for? X

Also, do you BF? X

Ah good. She's lovely! We went for the Moon package, the middle one with 3 follow up check ins to use whenever we like if we come across any issues or need to make any adjustments. My baby has formula during the day but is breastfed for night feeds and his first morning feed x
