4 Month Sleep Regression

Yes it is indeed! She absolutely loves it, it’s really supportive as well so perfect at the moment while she needs the extra support sitting up! xx

That’s tough! Give your baby comfort if they need it. Babies can’t regulate their emotions and it’s natural to be soothed to sleep. Good luck 🥰

I have been told just try and keep to your usual routine as changing can just make things worse for longer. Think it is just a ride through it period. Ahhhh!

I wasn’t using white noise before and that does seem to be helping but you do have to have it on all night which is a bit annoying 😂

My little boy went through that stage at night I changed his bum give him a cuddle and put him back down how I would for bed time and it seemed to work after about 4 1/2 months he slept throughout from 7pm till 6am. He’s went through the same stage the last 2 weeks at 8months and I’ve just put a comforter in rather than get him out n waited till he’s drifted off and again he’s went back to sleeping all night x

My little one has gone from sleeping 5 hour stretches at night to being up every 2 hours 🫠

Try pink noise - I found white noise didn’t work and pink noise helps so much more. I’ve also started doing 3 small pram walks during the day rather than 1 in the morning and 1 before it’s dark. My little one is 4 month and he’s just started going through this too, it’s hard but keep going!!! ☺️ xxx

My girl is 3.5 months so preparing for this to start soon, could I ask pls how long does this period last for?
