My supply was really good the first few weeks and now my supply is slowing down! Any tips to keep milk coming? I really want to continue to breast feed my daughter as I am a FTM and it breaks my heart I’m not able to supply her enough milk

It’s normal for supply to decrease a bit after the first few weeks. Additionally, if baby is taking more volume than she was earlier, she might just be taking more milk while your supply is actually staying stable. Is baby making plenty wet diapers and regained birth weight? If so your supply is likely perfect. Fussing and frequent feeding are normal, not signs of inadequate supply
In general, more emptying will boost supply - frequent nursing and/or pumping

If you also pump, check out power pumping. There are also supplements like fenugreek that increase supply, lots of teas, drinks, and what not. The most important thing is staying hydrated, more water and electrolytes in, the more you can churn out.

Make sure you are well hydrated and eating really well. I noticed my supply dropped when I ate/drank less. Coconut water helped a bit

Pumping or expressing milk frequently between nursing sessions, and consistently when you're away from your baby, can help build your milk supply.
Relax, hold your baby skin-to-skin, and massage your breasts before feeding to encourage your milk to let down.
Get plenty of rest, eat well, drink enough fluids, and let others help you.
To maintain your milk supply you need to get about 300 to 500 calories per day more than what you needed to keep your pre-pregnancy weight. The best diet for a nursing woman is simply a normal, healthy, balanced diet rich in fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Certain herbs are thought by some to have milk-boosting effects for many women. One is fenugreek, a seed often used in cooking. Another commonly used supplement is blessed thistle. The research isn't clear on whether either of these supplements really stimulates milk production, but they’re generally considered safe to take while breastfeeding.

Your supply regulated to what your little one needs at the current moment. Keep feeding and the milk will come. Eventually you’ll want to pump but you could probably wait a couple more weeks unless you need to now for some reason.
