Hi moms
I am a first time mom. I am combo feeding my 2 month old. I was initially getting low milk supply and PP was hitting hard on my mental health. My baby was loaing weight so I started combo feeding. I would pump and supplement with formula. As days passed i started doing formula more often as I got busy with work and could not pump. My supply has decreased a lot. I am inly getting around 1- 2 oz per pump. I am 2 months PP now. My mental health is getting much better and I am free. Will I be able to increase my milk supply if I start to pump regularly now or is it too late.

Yes! Pump every two hours like normal and it will come back within a couple days also u can try lactation vitamins (pills) and treats like lactation teas and bars they have so many look online and also power pumping! This happened to me and i was panicking but then I just started more like I was originally supposed to and then it all came back, the lactation bar called “boobie bar” really helped me and also the pills called pump princes, if you like tea try mothers milk

thank you so much. I will give it a try and see if that works

Yes think of it as keeping your body programmed… stay on a schedule and try to keep on it! It gets hard and can be exhausting but for me it was all worth it.

Yes def pump frequently every 3-4 hours don’t go over 5 hours. Or power pump! My supply decrease and I got it back up. Good luck!
