Eating

My daughter goes through phases where she won’t tolerate foods for longer than a couple days at a time. Have you tried switching it up?

Yep. It's a normal phase and frustrating. It's common they'll eat a new thing, then not again. Eat a little at meals but want snacks. Or sometimes in the morning they won't eat much because a poop is coming, then may eat a bit after that. It's a game of "how about this? No? This? No? This?"

I tend to stop after trying 4 things with mine. He quietly blahs the food out of his mouth. Try again next food time.

She does the same thing as of lately which is totally fine. I found myself tonight doing just that lol, this? No. This? Okay. How about this?
