My baby is still asleep and has been since 9:30pm last night. Prior to her going to bed, she’d also had a 2 hour nap in the day. Both of which are uncommon for her to do (she usually has short naps). Is this likely to be a result of a regression/learning new skills or should I be worried about an increase of sleep? (Please don’t think I’m gloating; I’m truly not. My baby usually doesn’t sleep well, so I’m a little weirded out that she’s now sleeping considerable amount more suddenly? Thank you, I’m a first time mum.

My baby is 6 month olds and I have started to notice this too . She had a nap of 2 hours and half yesterday I was shocked . I believe they are getting growth spurt , and normally happens around 6 months

I was going to post the same question! My baby is 4 months and last week was extremely fussy and not napping well. She’s been asleep is 9pm last night woke up at 6 to eat and now is still asleep I don’t know if I should wake her cause I’m worried it’s going to throw off the whole day
glad I’m not the only one. I forgot about growth spurts- which does make sense actually. Thank you xx
it’s weird isn’t it when they change their sleep pattern. Makes me worry!!
