Disposable knickers post birth

I’ve been recommended to get pads but also disposable knickers as they’re easier in the first week or two. Only concern is I’m around a size 20 so I’m worried that the supermarkets size L or XL won’t be big enough. Any recommendations???

I’ll be using reusable period underwear with pads for this reason, which then can be used in the future x

I've got some pants with big pads in from Aldi which feel fairly comfortable. Only for the first few days of heavy flow and then I'll go back to normal pants and maxi pads

I used period pants & pads too 👍 xx

M&s have their period pants on sale, go up to your size and beyond 😊

It’s up to you but I just found high waisted knickers and pads enough until I stopped bleeding with my first, even after c-section x

I’m around a size 22 in pregnancy and I got Always Discreet disposable pants in XL which fit 16-22. They fit me. But just and they aren’t particularly high waisted or comfy!

I bought 8 pairs of cheap high waisted knickers and lots of maternity pads. So will see how I get on with that!

I didn’t get on with them at all and they were so uncomfy and I had a builders bum. Big undies and thick big pads were way better.

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Hey! I'm in need of some advice please girls! My little boy is 20 months turns 21 months in 2 half weeks. He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
