Hey everyone.
So I’ve just had my 25 week midwife appointment and my heads reeling a bit.
I’m finding that as my pregnancy goes on I’m getting increasingly anxious about my type one diabetes and the constant reminder that I am high risk is really getting to me.
Generally my sugars have been controlled with a few issues over a change in insulin over the last two weeks but honestly the pressure of not only being pregnant but being “high risk” is giving me constant panic attacks.
Now been told to look out for movement as much as possible and it’s sending me through a loop!
Sorry for the rant, guess I just want to speak to like minded people 🥰🥰

I get this, I have epilepsy and haven’t had a seizure in over 10 years as I’m on meds but was constantly being reminded that due to hormones I’m more prone to having one and people who haven’t had one in ages can suddenly have one in pregnancy. So was worried the whole time.
Having the consultant list all the precautions to take when baby was born so I don’t kill him if I seize during the first 6 weeks PP was horrible.
Got through it with no seizures and have a beautiful 15 month old 🥰
