Bacterial vaginosis ultrasound

Hi ! I think I have BV again. First time since getting pregnant. It's mostly harmless when not pregnant, but today I found out it can cause a miscarriage. I'm almost 16 weeks and I've only had these symptoms for a couple days. I'm going to urgent care in the AM. Can urgent care check for heartbeats ? My next doctors appointment isn't just til mid January. I feel fine, but I'm just extra nervous now.

Oh wow my doctor didn’t tell me it can cause miscarriages but i had it for that exact reason but they usually recommend boric acid

Usually urgent care should be able to do an ultrasound especially if it's during business hours that you visit. Pay special attention to the amniotic fluid level. They can't measure it until 20w, but ask the sonographer if it's looking low to them, BV can cause issues with it. Not to freak you out, just a word of caution and something to ask them to check on. Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Hi guys so I’m 25 weeks today and I haven’t felt the baby kick at all yet at the scans she’s moving constantly that it’s hard to get the right measurements my first pregnancy was cryptic so I just want suggestions from one worried mother

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃
