Recently, my little girl goes down at 6.30pm and sleeps through until around 6-6.30am before stirring for milk. If I get her up for the day at this time she becomes really tired after 30-40 minutes which is indicating to me she considers it a night feed. Would you put your baby back to sleep at this time?
Is anyone else’s doing similar? I assume it’s the final part of night feeds completely but unsure how to approach it.
Thanks 😊

First day feed x

First day feed also

I would say 12 hours is a full nights sleep so I would consider that her first day feed. However, since I hate getting up early if that was my son I probably would see if he’d go back to sleep after 😅
Although also normal for their first wake window to be the shortest and need a nap!

My boy wakes about 6 for a bottle but sometimes wants to go back sleep for another hour x

I just follow his lead, let him go back sleep if he wants, or if not just come downstairs and start the day. X

In the same boat but at 7😂 I try to start the day but thinking I should probably feed upsatirs as hes a crank and had a nap after about 30 mons xx

I read in a baby book I’ve got that 6am is considered morning feed anything before 6 considered still night time x

Yes, I normally start the day if it’s after 6:30am but my LG is the same, so tired. She’s normally back down by 7:30/8 for her first nap. She would probably feed upstairs then go straight back. Not sure what’s the best x

How old is your little one? First wake window of the day is often the shortest. But a 10-12 hour night is ideal, and after 6am is considered morning according to the sleep consultant I used!

My boy does the same, wakes at 6-6:30 for a feed and then wants to go back to sleep till 8. Fine with me 🤣

Thank you so much everyone. She is almost 7 months xxx
