When it's about 3-4 am I wake up with a lower pain on my right side that hurts really bad when ever I lay on either side or sit down but when I get up and move around and use the restroom it goes away, this is the second day of it happening but is this normal or should I talk to my doctor?

I have been up since 1am and have to go work a 12 hour freaking shift for Tax season so I feel you. Keep getting feet cramps like Charlie horses and sharp ligament pain in my belly. I can't sleep and have stressed myself to the point of racing heart, diarrhea and vomiting, and this is only night #6

How far along are you?

I'm 18 weeks

I get the stress part and the nausea, for some reason it just won't go away even if I eat or don't or sleep nothing will get rid of the nausea it sucks

@Samantha I'm 18w too. Nausea is still lingering for me. We need to catch a break!

Sounds like round ligament pain potentially. I get the same pain in my right lower abdomen, hip, and down to groin but it never lasts longer than 30 min or so, and its usually triggered by position change

same for me when I move around and stretch a bit then it goes away or at least dies down for a bit

Can be pelvic girdle pain (PGP) , I have it at 15 weeks and it pains more if I am in the same position for a long stretch.

that would make more sense because I wake up at 1-3am and that's when it hurts so i move around and it helps

Personally, I wake up around 1am and am up for the day, because I have nonstop feet cramps!

won't conclude, hopefully it's something temp🤞 I feet the most pain when I walk on uneven surface. But while sleeping it helps me if I take a pillow between my legs and sleep on my side.

thank you I'll for sure try that tonight
