Membrane sweep

I just had my membrane sweep and I was wondering how long it took afterwards for people to lose their mucas plug/ have their waters break of it did at all and how far along you were.

For context I’m 37+3 due to be induced when I’m 38 (this Tuesday)

my cervix was open and she done the sweep but I’ve had the really bad cramps since also , I had to take some paracetamol when I got home and plan on having a bath later to relax

I had mine on the Tuesday(38+2) I had awful cramps after, then lost my mucus plug/ bloody show on the Wednesday morning then Thursday my waters went & my little girl was born Saturday morning. I was due to be induced the following Tuesday but she can naturally x

I had mine at 39 weeks- had my son the same day- in the back of an ambulance 🙃😂😂 I think they definitely can help but it all depends on each persons body & how ready baby is x

I had one at 38 weeks and another at 39 weeks and it did nothing I was 1cm dilated from 38 weeks until 41+3 when I got induced. X

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

Worth the wait and pain. Baby girl arrived at 7:15 this am weighing 7lbs 6oz. She is so calm and chill.

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Growth scan

So had my 28 week midwife appointment- all good but after measuring bump- I’m now waiting on a scan within a few days as bump is measuring small I’m not worried as I am guessing a tape measure is hardly accurate but
For anyone who has been in a similar position- what was the outcome after the scan? Was the baby on the smaller side ?
Was baby measuring normal?
