Anyone's else's partner is making a decision to be stay at home dad? My husband will be and although we are very impressed by the amount of support for mums there is not much out there for dads? Maybe you can help me find some connections that he can make before getting on this journey?

In March 23 babies but I saw this and thought I’d say we chose dad to be the stay at home parent while I work and it’s been amazing! Absolutely love it so much. He gets everything I am going through and we are such a team because of it!

Have you any idea what support you’re looking for? There’s an app called dad pad might be worth him looking into. Also baby groups that I’ve been to seem to have a mix of mums, dads or both parents there so may be worth looking into groups etc

I think apps like this should automatically have a dad side too. Its 2024, not sure why its not a standard, dads need support too 😑

Absolutely agree it's so weird most of Peanut marketing is focused so much on mums

i just don't understand, we are trying to show that men have mental health issues too and they are sensitive too but no additional support for them for things like this. I don't think it would take much extra work either. I have so many apps on my phone but my S.O can't download the same and sync up with me. Its rather frustrating that we are going through different journeys and mine is more normal.
