Early scan
I have booked an early scan for Monday- I will be 6+3. Ideally would rather have an abdominal scan as I know internal scans are supposed to be safe but I’m just not keen on the idea. How likely are we to see anything?

On mine I was 6+3 and the sonography could see the sac but couldn’t see inside it properly, I opted for a transvaginal and saw the fetal pole
I have a retroverted uterus so I have to have internal scans- all have been completely fine 💕
I was 6+4 when I had scan couldn't see inside sac so opted for transvaginal and saw heart beat 🥰 now 10 weeks
You’re not likely to see it that early with abdominal unfortunately usually not till about 8 weeks but they suggest 10 for accuracy
