It’s a part of your mucus plug, closer to your due date you may also experience a ‘bloody show’ and a lot more of this discharge although not all women get this but it’s a good sign that things are going in the right direction. Don’t worry if your loosing your mucus plug this early as it can regenerate itself

This is the joys of pregnancy discharge! I’ve been like this since I conceived my second and it’s a lot worse now in my third trimester. Totally nothing to worry about as as someone has said above, it’s part of your mucus plug, which at this stage still regenerates. When you lose your plug ready for labour (not all women do mind) it will be like this, tinged with a little blood and so much more of it! It’s so glamorous being pregnant isn’t it???
