I have seen a couple of posts regarding going dairy free and alternative milk. I have seen alpro soy often given as an alternative. My little one is dairy free due to a known allergy and I just wanted to give my experience in that most babies who have a dairy allergy also have a soy allergy so might not be the best option. I was unaware of this until my baby had undergone bloods ect due to symptoms ongoing even after cutting out dairy from 12 weeks old. A high percent of babies can’t have both just for everyone to keep in mind. Good luck ladies

Thanks for this. Mine is only on soya as he was getting badly constipated on cow's milk. So no allergy, just didn't suit his tummy
