2 naps or 1 nap

Does your little one take 2 naps still or transitioned to 1 yet? If so, what does the schedule look like?!

Most days just 1 nap. We are up around 7a. Down for a nap between 11:30a-12p and usually sleeps for about 2 hours. Then we start bedtime routine about 6:45-7 and in bed by 7:30p at the latest. He still wakes up 1-2 times during the night though

Honestly we’ve never counted or had a schedule, she just slept when she was tired. BUT lately I’ve noticed if she doesn’t have at least one good nap she won’t sleep at night, so we’ve been napping sometime in the morning for about 2 hours. Usually 11-1ish and she goes to bed around 8. Sometimes she wants to sleep around 5pm and we will let her for an hour!

My boy still has 2-3 naps a day. He's a preemie so still sleeps longer than your typical 1 year old

We’re still on 2 naps but im thinking of transitioning soon to 1 nap since most days she doesn’t want to sleep for her first nap 😩

We switched to 1 nap. 7-8am wakeup, breakfast and snack, nap at 11-1, smoothie, lunch, snacks, dinner, and bed at 7pm.

My son was taking 2 naps but he’s just turned 1 on the 29th December and he is sleeping more in 1 nap for the day.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.

Bedtime routine

I have a 12 week old and we struggle to get him to sleep in his next to me crib or Moses basket, so he sleeps in bed with us which means we’re struggling to have a bedtime routine as he won’t sleep till i go to bed with him.
Any suggestions please as he doesn’t sleep till around 11/12
