Hi 😊 my baby is 3 months and is an amazing sleeper at night in his crib. Usually sleeps from 8p-8a. However, during the day he gets tired and wants to nap but fights it so bad. Once he’s finally down he only naps for like 20 minutes in his bed but if he’s being held he’d nap for about an hour to an hour and 15 min. Any tips on how to help him nap better without holding him all the time? TIA 💜

yes I tried making the room warm with heater , if you’re comfortable I give my daughter a Bobby pillow she dosent like sleeping on just the mattress and that worked or try putting him in the car seat 🤣

im gonna try the pillow. He hates the car seat lol

aww well good luck mama 💓

I had this issue until I started using the dreamland sleep sack during naps and it has been such a game changer!! Was sleeping for roughly 15-20 minutes during naps, now over 1.5 hours.

You just described what I’m going through exactly!! Please let me know what helped you if it does

Just a note that the boppy pillow isn't safe for sleep unless you're constantly watching them. And in that case I'd rather just hold them lol.

I give it a week until she changes it up on us and we have to figure something else out haha. But the key is catching her and starting the nap time routine before she even realizes she's tired. Then she gets sleepy and she's already bundled with low lights, sound machine and paci
