Honestly the midwives brew is what got me in labor...a lot of people say bad stuff about it but it went amazing for me

Wish I had the answers for your I tried everything. In the end I had to have my waters broken manually at 42 weeks. She was not coming out on her own 🤣🤣

sex !!

Or don’t induce 🤷🏾♀️ unless baby isn’t doing well or you aren’t you don’t have to say yea to the induction. It’s really not mandatory. Use your right as a patient. But you can try the miles circuit (look it up), curb walking, birth ball exercises (not bouncing it doesn’t do much), really spicy food, evening primrose oil as well. Is baby engaged?

Did you get a membrane sweep?

second this

And why are u afraid of being induced?

Squats. Deep squats 😅 and induction really isn’t that bad. I had my waters broke for induction and it went totally fine. The only method I would never agree to again is pitocin

what’s the witches brew? sorry if that’s a dumb q lol

no my doctor did recommend it tho

I’ve just heard some horror stories

midwives brew I ment

I got a sweep done at 39w 6d (July 26th) that night at 12:50am (July 27th) I started contractions then at 2:29pm I was holding my sweet boy

Sex, lots of sex and no pulling out!

I tried everything to induce labor naturally and none of it worked lol baby will come when they are ready or you get induced 💓

Just so you know a membrane sweep IS an induction.

it wasn’t bad for me

Curb walking, membrane sweep, drinking red raspberry tea is what helped

Yoga ball, spicy food and dates.

Exercise ball worked wonders!

I danced with my first one!!
