Hey, I normally put it on other boob while LO is on other side. I wash after every use and sterilise once a day. Collects loads and I store for bottle feeds x

If you just place it there without suction you won’t cause it to get worse but using suction can cause oversupply if used too much. I use the haakaa ladybug to collect letdown without suction

I use it to collect let down and wash between uses/ steralise once a day between feeds. I express so it gets used frequently, but I did watch a few youtube videos to understand how to use it with and without suction too x
