Do any of you mamas know how to bring your supply back up??? Or have tips and tricks that helped you bring it back up??? I had a supply like no other just before Christmas, I was pumping up to 3 times a day just to keep up with it but with all the family stresses over the holidays, and my husband’s unemployment gap / family financial stress my supply has dropped significantly. I’m trying to power pump to help bring it back but I’m not sure it’s working. I get some formula samples from my doctor with every visit to help supplement, but I can’t afford formula as a complete alternative like I could with my first born, it’s just so expensive right now. Please give me some hope mamas. My baby is only 2 months old and I have 4 months minimum left of breastfeeding. I’ve got no friends or family that have successfully breastfed their babies or support me in trying to keep breastfeeding. All they say is to switch to formula which simply isn’t an option.

The only thing I can really think of is to power pumping.Just pumping after every feeding. Other than that I’m not sure 🤔

Mommy Knows Best Brewers Yeast Powder for Lactation Brewer's Yeast for Breastfeeding Mothers - Mild Nutty Flavored Unsweetened and Debittered - 2 lb https://a.co/d/4UrF29y

have you tried this? If so does it actually work?

, yes, I tried it before and it definitely works. Just a heads up, it tastes disgusting by itself lol. My trick is to add/mix it into my cream cheese and eat it with my favorite bagel. Sometimes I'll add it into my pancake mix. I also add ground flaxseeds too!

Power pumping doesn't work immediately so keep trying that, lots of water, protein drinks, make sure you are eating enough calories, dairy and pumping regularly
I used fenugreek and it worked for me but some people find it has the opposite effect xx

Body armor!!!!! Seriously will be your best friend! Power pump every 15 minutes for 15 minutes! Drink lots of body armor and water and eat oats!!!! Oatmeal, granola, cereal, cookies! You go momma! You’ve got this!!!! I’m very proud of you!!

Make sure you’re getting enough calories eat healthy fat sources like avocado, whole grains & oats, legumes, protein ect. Avoid coffee & alcohol for a little. Make sure you drink enough water. Also latch baby as often as you can or as others have said power pump.

Make sure you're pumping at night as that's when you produce the most milk making hormones.
Eating oats in porridge or (my personal preference) in cookies is supposed to help supply. It's a great excuse to binge on oat cookies if nothing else!

Stay super hydrated. Body armor helps. If you nurse, just latch as often as baby wants.
When you say it's dropped, though, what numbers are we talking about? You may actually just be regulating to your baby's needs. Are you nursing and pumping or exclusively pumping? What does that schedule look like?

Oats like oatmeal and porridge helped me. Also, stay hydrated and well fed. And put your baby on your breast more

Get into see a lactation consultant!!! Insurance should cover it! I hope ❤️
